Holder details:

• This can be your own name or the name of your business. The "Holder" is named on the Carnet and is responsible for the correct use of the document.

Address:

• The address of the "Holder" Business or Individual. This can be the business registered address or operating address

Your reference:

• Something that easily identifies this Carnet such as the name of the production, or particular trip, or person travelling. This is up to you.

Countries:

• Name the countries you are visiting or transiting through

Departure date:

• Your expected departure date. This can easily be changed later but helps us understand how soon you need your Carnet

Duration of trip:

• How long you will need this Carnet to be valid for. Up to 2 months, 6 months or 12 months

Names of people travelling (Authorised Representatives):

• These people are named on the Carnet and will be allowed to present the Carnet to Customs. Make sure their names match their passports.
